The AFIC Master Performance Certification is designed for high-performing automotive F&I professionals and dealership leaders focused on operational excellence, consistency, and results. This advanced certification centers on performance execution within F&I operations, emphasizing disciplined processes, decision optimization, and sustainable results. The AFIC Master Certification is earned by completing three programs, each focused on a core pillar of elite F&I execution.
Your path to Mastery includes:
- Foundation Compliance (Available Online or In-Class): Compliance-first F&I fundamentals and regulatory execution.
- Ethics (Available Online Only): Ethical decision-making, trust-building, and responsible F&I practices.
- Performance (Available In-Class Only): Performance execution frameworks, operational consistency, and leadership.
